Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital code that can be ready by embroidery machines. The digital image file of your logo or emblem that you send to us is a starting point. However, we must convert this image into a file that tells the embroidery machine how to sew the design including where to place each stitch and when to change colors. The cost to digitize an image varies depending on size and complexity but generally they range from $25 for a cap-sized logo to $200 for a full back logo or emblem for a jacket.
Send us an email to
kathy@noblankespot.com with your image attached (.jpg format is preferred but we can also work with .bmp, .gif, or .pdf formats). Let us know the size you want the image and what you will want it embroidered on (cap, shirt, sweatshirt, etc). We will send you a complete quote in about one business day. Once you accept the quote, we will provide a link to our secure payment website. You will be asked to pay at least 50% of the invoice as a deposit. We will sew out your image onto fabric and send you a digital picture of it for approval. Once final approval is obtained, we will request you submit the remaining amount due for your order. Once payment is recieved, we will embroider and ship your item to you.
NOTE: There is no digitizing fee if we create your file with a stock embroidery font and/or stock artwork.
